原理

變送器是(shi)中文名字(zi),英文是(shi):TRANSMITTER

顧名思義,變(bian)送器(qi)含有“變(bian)”和“送”之(zhi)意。

所(suo)謂“變(bian)”,是指將各種從傳感器來(lai)的物(wu)理量,轉變(bian)為(wei)(wei)種電(dian)信(xin)號。比(bi)如:利用(yong)熱電(dian)偶,將溫度轉變(bian)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)勢;利用(yong)電(dian)流(liu)互感器,將大(da)電(dian)流(liu)轉換(huan)為(wei)(wei)小(xiao)電(dian)流(liu)。由于電(dian)信(xin)號zui容易處(chu)理,所(suo)以,現代變(bian)送器,均將各種物(wu)理信(xin)號,轉變(bian)成電(dian)信(xin)號。因此,我們(men)說的變(bian)送器,通常都變(bian)成了(le)“電(dian)”。

所謂“送(song)(song)”,是指將(jiang)各種已變成的(de)電信(xin)號,為了(le)便(bian)于其他儀表或控制(zhi)裝置(zhi)接收(shou)和傳(chuan)送(song)(song),又(you)次通(tong)(tong)過(guo)電子線路,將(jiang)傳(chuan)感器來(lai)的(de)電信(xin)號,統化(比如4-20MA)。方法是通(tong)(tong)過(guo)多(duo)個(ge)運算放大器來(lai)實現(xian)。這種“變”+“送(song)(song)”,就組成了(le)現(xian)代zui常用的(de)變送(song)(song)器。

比(bi)如(ru):SST3-AD 就是種將(jiang)電(dian)流(liu)互感器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)流(liu),轉變(bian)成標準的(de)(de)4-20MA的(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)變(bian)送(song)器(qi);再比(bi)如(ru):SST4-LD,可以將(jiang)重(zhong)量傳(chuan)感器(qi)來的(de)(de)重(zhong)量信號,轉變(bian)成標準的(de)(de)4-20MA的(de)(de)重(zhong)量變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。[1]

以常用(yong)的(de)0.5精度(du)的(de)電流電壓變送器(qi)為例,從以下方法著(zhu)手(shou)來辨別真假(jia)優(you)劣:

1、基準(zhun)要(yao)穩(wen),4mA是對(dui)應的輸入零位基準(zhun),基準(zhun)不(bu)穩(wen),談(tan)何(he)精度線(xian)性度,冷開機(ji)3分(fen)鍾內4mA的零位漂移變化不(bu)超過4.000mA0.5%以內;(即3.98-4.02mA),負(fu)載(zai)250Ω上的壓降為0.995-1.005V,國外IC芯片多用昂(ang)貴(gui)的能隙基準(zhun),溫(wen)漂系數每(mei)度變化10ppm;

2、內電(dian)(dian)路總計消(xiao)耗電(dian)(dian)流<4mA,加整定后等于4.000mA,而且有(you)源(yuan)整流濾波放大恒(heng)(heng)流電(dian)(dian)路不因(yin)原(yuan)邊輸入變化(hua)而消(xiao)耗電(dian)(dian)流也隨(sui)之變化(hua),國(guo)外IC心(xin)片采用恒(heng)(heng)流供電(dian)(dian);

3、當工作電壓24.000V時(shi),滿量程20.000mA時(shi),滿量程20.000mA的讀數不(bu)會(hui)因負載0-700Ω變(bian)(bian)化(hua)而(er)變(bian)(bian)化(hua);變(bian)(bian)化(hua)不(bu)超過20.000mA0.5%以內;

4、當滿(man)量程20.000mA時,負(fu)載250Ω時, 變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(圖4)滿(man)量程20.000mA的讀數(shu)不會因工作(zuo)電壓15.000V-30.000V變(bian)(bian)化(hua)而(er)變(bian)(bian)化(hua);變(bian)(bian)化(hua)不超過20.000mA0.5%以內;

5、當(dang)原邊過載時,輸出電流不(bu)超過25.000mA+10%以內,否則PLC/DCS內供(gong)變送器用的24V工作電源和A/D輸入箝位電路因(yin)功耗過大(da)(da)而(er)損(sun)壞(huai),另外變送器內的射隨輸出亦因(yin)功耗過大(da)(da)而(er)損(sun)壞(huai),無A/D輸入箝位電路的更遭殃;

6、當工作電壓(ya)24V接反時不(bu)得(de)損壞變(bian)送器(qi),必須有性保護(hu);

7、當兩線之(zhi)間(jian)因感(gan)應雷及感(gan)應浪涌電壓超(chao)過24V時要箝位,不得損壞變送(song)器;般在(zai)兩線之(zhi)間(jian)并(bing)聯1-2只TVS瞬(shun)(shun)態(tai)保(bao)護二管1.5KE可抑制每(mei)20秒間(jian)隔次的20毫(hao)秒脈寬的正反(fan)脈沖(chong)的沖(chong)擊,瞬(shun)(shun)態(tai)承受(shou)沖(chong)擊功率1.5KW-3KW;

8、產品標示的線(xian)(xian)性(xing)度0.5%是誤差還是相對誤差,可(ke)以按以下方法來(lai)辨別方可(ke)目了然:符合下述指標是真的線(xian)(xian)性(xing)度0.5%;

原邊輸入為零時(shi)輸出4mA正負0.5%(3.98-4.02mA), 變送器(qi)(圖5)負載250Ω上的壓降(jiang)為0.995-1.005V;

原邊輸入(ru)10%時輸出5.6mA正負0.5%(5.572-5.628mA)負載250歐姆上的(de)壓降為(wei)1.393-1.407V;

原邊(bian)輸(shu)入25%時(shi)輸(shu)出8mA正負0.5%(7.96-8.04mA)負載250Ω上(shang)的壓(ya)降為1.990-2.010V;

原(yuan)邊輸入50%時輸出12mA正(zheng)負0.5%(11.94-12.06mA)負載250Ω上的壓降為2.985-3.015V;

原邊輸入75%時輸出16mA正負0.5%(15.92-16.08mA)負載(zai)250Ω上(shang)的壓降為3.980-4.020V;

原邊(bian)輸100%時(shi)輸出20mA正負0.5%(19.90-20.10mA)負載250Ω上的壓降為4.975-5.025V。

9、原(yuan)邊(bian)輸入(ru)過(guo)載(zai)時必須限流: 變送器(qi)(圖6)原(yuan)邊(bian)輸入(ru)過(guo)載(zai)大于125%時輸出(chu)過(guo)流限制25mA+10%(25.00-27.50mA)負(fu)載(zai)250Ω上的壓降為6.250-6.875V;

10、感應(ying)浪涌電壓超過24V時有(you)無箝(qian)位(wei)的辨別:在(zai)兩(liang)線輸(shu)出端(duan)口(kou)并個交流50V指針式表頭,用(yong)交流50V接兩(liang)根線去(qu)瞬間(jian)碰下兩(liang)線輸(shu)出端(duan)口(kou),看有(you)無箝(qian)位(wei),箝(qian)位(wei)多少伏可目了然啦;

11、有(you)無(wu)性保(bao)護的辨(bian)別:用(yong)指(zhi)針式萬(wan)用(yong)表Ω乘(cheng)10K檔正反測量兩線輸出端口,總有(you)次Ω阻值無(wu)限大,就有(you)性保(bao)護;

12、有(you)無輸出(chu)電流長時間短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu):原邊輸入100%時或過載(zai)大于125%-200%時,將負載(zai)250Ω短(duan)路(lu),測量短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)限制是(shi)否在25mA+10%;
